Our tub requires very little maintenance. We recommend changing the water every 7 days or as preferred. Water cleanliness can be extended by using water stabilizers or treatments such as hydrogen peroxide, chlorine, or UV purifier. You can clean your Ice tub using your preferred soap or detergent.

We recommend starting out at around 15°C if it’s your first time, and then slowly lowering the temperature and duration for each session. That way your body will get aclimated to the cold.
